Adapts to your head & neck
Thousands of hex cells flex independently, so the pillow molds around your exact shape — side, back or stomach.
1,800 hex cells collapse under your head and stay upright around it. No sinking at 3am, no flipping for the cool side, no stiff neck at seven.
Memory foam moulds but traps heat and sinks. Down feels great for an hour then isn't there. A structure does all four at once, and keeps doing them.

Thousands of hex cells flex independently, so the pillow molds around your exact shape — side, back or stomach.

The cell walls spring back instantly. No sinking, no 3am re-fluffing, no waking up with your head on the mattress.

Weight is spread across hundreds of cells, not one dense block. Ears, jaw and neck stop taking the load.

It's 90% open air. Heat and moisture escape through the grid instead of building up under your head.

One sheet of food-grade TPE moulded into hexagonal columns. No foam, no fill, nothing to compress permanently — the support comes from geometry, which is why it still works in year three.
Under the weight of your head the walls buckle and cradle you. Around it they stay upright — so your neck is held, not sunk.
The ergonomic wave is higher under the neck and lower under the head — the alignment physios recommend for side and back sleepers.
Every cell is open top and bottom. Body heat rises straight out, which is why it never feels warm when you flip it.
TPE doesn't absorb sweat, oil or dust mites. Rinse under the tap, shake, and it's clean.
One pillow, four answers. Pick the position you wake up in and we'll tell you straight whether this is built for you.
Side sleeping opens the biggest gap between your ear and the mattress — usually 10–13 cm. Too flat and your neck bends down all night; too tall and it bends up. The 12 cm contour edge fills that gap exactly, and the cells under your ear collapse so there's no single pressure point on the side of your face.
I don't wake up with my head on the mattress anymore. It holds.

On your back the gap to fill is much smaller. The 10 cm edge cradles the base of your skull and lets the contour wave support the curve of your neck, which is the alignment physios ask for. Most back sleepers on a flat pillow are pushing their chin toward their chest all night without knowing it.
Physio told me to try a contoured pillow. A week in and the morning stiffness was gone.

Stomach sleeping turns your neck 90 degrees no matter what you lie on, so no pillow fully fixes it. Use the low edge and the cells compress further than foam will, which keeps your head closer to flat. If you're a stomach sleeper with neck pain, the pillow helps; changing position helps more.
Flattest pillow I've owned that still supports anything.

Foam has to warm up and re-mould every time you turn — that's the few seconds of firmness you feel at 3am. The hex cells respond instantly and independently, so the pillow is already the right shape when your head lands. Nothing to punch back into place, nothing to flip.
Feels nothing like foam. More like being held than sinking in.

Side, back or somewhere in between — it shapes to you in seconds and holds there until morning.

Foam traps heat because it's solid. The honeycomb is 90% air, so warmth rises straight through it and moisture never builds up. No gel layers, no cooling fabrics that stop working after a wash — the structure itself does the work.
Same four jobs, three different materials. This is where the structure earns its price.

I'm a side sleeper and I've bought at least six 'ergonomic' pillows. This is the first one where I don't wake up with my head on the mattress. It holds. And it's weirdly cool — like the underside of a pillow, all night.
Side sleeperPhysio told me to try a contoured pillow. Took 3–4 nights to get used to the feel, then I noticed I wasn't rolling my neck in the morning anymore. Rinsed it in the shower, dried in an hour. Genius.
Back sleeperMy husband sleeps like a furnace. He hasn't flipped his pillow once since this arrived. I ordered a second one the same week.
Hot sleeperFeels nothing like foam — more like being held than sinking in. Gave it 4 stars only because the first two nights felt strange; by night three I was sold.
CombinationI have an ear piercing that always got sore on foam pillows. The cells spread the weight so there's no single pressure point. Didn't expect that.
Side sleeperArrived in 5 days, packaging is nice, and the pillow is heavier and denser than I expected — clearly not a cheap knock-off. 100-night trial made it a no-brainer.
Back sleeperNo restocking fee, no return shipping cost, no phone call where someone tries to talk you out of it.
Give it at least a week — your neck has to unlearn whatever it's been doing. Most people know by night four.
No form, no ticket number, no questions about why. We reply with a prepaid return label the same business day.
Drop it at any carrier point. The refund lands on your original card within five business days of it arriving back. No restocking fee.
Trial starts the day it's delivered, not the day you order.

Every pillow we owned failed the same way. Memory foam started supportive and ended up warm and flat. Down felt great for an hour and then wasn't there. Both of us were awake at 3am, folding a pillow in half to get another inch of height.
The honeycomb structure was the first thing that solved both problems at once — it holds its shape because it's a structure, not a filling, and it stays cool because it's mostly air. We spent eight months getting the contour right, then another three testing it with side, back and combination sleepers before we'd sell it.
Tested and certified
The HexaRest Adaptive Honeycomb Pillow is a 60 × 40 cm contoured pillow made from a single moulded sheet of food-grade TPE arranged in roughly 1,800 hexagonal cells. The cells collapse under the weight of your head and stay upright around it, which supports the neck without the sinking of memory foam. It is about 90% open air, so body heat passes through instead of building up. It ships free in the US, comes with a 100-night trial and a 2-year warranty against loss of shape.

It looks firm and feels the opposite. The walls are thin TPE that buckle under your head, so it's closer to a soft cradle than a block — more like being held than sinking. Most people describe it as "medium" after the first night.
Side and back sleepers get the most out of the neck contour. Stomach sleepers use the lower edge (10 cm). The cells adapt to any position, which is why combination sleepers like it — you don't need to re-arrange anything when you turn.
Usually 3–7 nights. Your neck has adapted to whatever you've been sleeping on for years; a neutral position feels new at first. That's why the trial is 100 nights and not 30.
Yes — because there's almost nothing to hold heat. Around 90% of the pillow is open air, so warmth from your head rises straight through it. It's the same reason the grid doesn't get that damp, warm feeling foam gets by morning.
Rinse the pillow under lukewarm water, give it a shake and let it air-dry (about an hour). The mesh cover is machine-washable. TPE doesn't absorb sweat or oil, and dust mites can't live in it.
Yes. It's 60 × 40 cm (23.6 × 15.7 in) — a standard size — and comes with its own breathable cover. Any standard pillowcase fits over the top.

Whatever you sleep on now, your neck has adapted to it. A neutral position feels strange for the first few nights — that is the adjustment working, not the pillow failing. 30 days is enough to quit early; 100 is enough to be sure. If it still isn't right, one email gets you a prepaid label and a full refund.
Adaptive support, no heat build-up, 100 nights to change your mind. Ships free within 24 hours.
